Keeping Up to Code

A ZONING PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION AND ALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS, EVEN WHEN A BUILDING PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED. THIS INCLUDES ALL FENCES, SHEDS, SWIMMING POOLS, ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, RETAINING WALLS, DECKS, PORCHES, DRIVEWAYS, GAZEBOS, PERGOLAS, DRIVEWAY MODIFICATIONS, STAIRWAYS, SIDEWALKS, ETC.

Ed Howley is Manor Borough's part-time Zoning Official/Building Inspector.  His regular office hours are:

  • The 1st Tuesday of the month from 9:00 am - 11:00 am
  • The 3rd Tuesday of the month from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

All other hours are by appointment.
